1. What’s the shipping cost?

Portugal and Spain (orders over €45): free shipping

Portugal and Spain (orders under €45): €3,95

Portugal (islands) + other European countries (orders over €45): free shipping

Portugal (islands) + other European countries (orders under €45): €4.95

Other countries + UK (orders over €45): free shipping

Other countries +UK (orders under €45): €10,95

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The estimated time of delivery may be subject to delays from causes beyond our control. However, these are our estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 2 to 3 business days

Spain: 2 to 3 business days

Rest of Europe: 4 to 5 business days

3. Where can I receive my order?

We deliver to any address in the countries we ship to. You just need to fill in the information regarding the delivery address correctly.
In Portugal, you can also choose to collect your order from a CTT pick-up point.

4. Can I choose the day and time for receiving my order?

No, delivery times are managed by CTT and we can only provide you with an estimated delivery date. In Portugal, you can also choose to collect your order from a CTT pick-up point.

5. Can I change the shipping address after my order has been shipped?

No, once your order is shipped, you can no longer change the shipping address.

6. What happens if there is no one at the address when my order is delivered?

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, you will be contacted by us in order to schedule a new delivery. 

7 . What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

If the order isn’t delivered on time, please contact us at info@stefitea.com so that we can reschedule the delivery to an address of your choice.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

1. Can I exchange the item?

Yes, it’s possible to exchange it up to 14 days upon the receipt, as long as the item hasn’t been opened and doesn’t show any signs of misuse.

2. Can I return it?

Yes, it’s possible to return the item up to 14 days upon the receipt, as long as the item hasn’t been opened and doesn’t show any signs of misuse.

We do not accept the return of items purchased on sale. 

3. How should I exchange or return an item?

If you would like to exchange or return your order, please send us an email to info@stefitea.com .

4. What’s the cost of an exchange or a return?

If your order is delivered to Portugal or Spain, shipping for exchange or return is free (Easy Return label). However, in the case of an exchange, the shipping costs of the new item are borne by the customer.

In other countries, the shipping costs in case of exchange or return are borne by the customer.

5. When and how do I receive the refund for my return?

You will be refunded to your original payment method, with the exception of payments made by MB (in this case we request an IBAN).
